Our client, an established, highly respected regional CPA firm in the Greater Cincinnati area is seeking a Tax Manager to step into a highly visible advisory role. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage tax engagements for a diverse portfolio of privately held businesses, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.

• Review complex federal, corporate (S-Corp, C-Corp), and multi-state tax returns.

• Provide year-round strategic tax planning and consultative business advisory services.
\n
• Mentor and develop a talented team of seniors and staff accountants, fostering a collaborative, low-turnover environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive tax experience within a public accounting environment.
\n
• Active CPA certification is strongly preferred (or concrete plans to finalize licensing).
\n
• Strong technical background reviewing pass-through entities, partnerships, and corporate structures.
\n
• A passion for client relationships and team mentorship.
\n
