Position: Junior Project Manager
Location: Costa Mesa, CA 92626
Pay Rate: $70,000-$80,000

JWilliams Staffing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support operational and systems projects across the organization. This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with executive leadership, gain exposure to business systems and process improvement initiatives, and build a strong foundation for a long-term career in project management.

What You'll Do
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, and action items
• Schedule meetings, document notes, and track follow-ups
• Prepare weekly project status updates for leadership
• Document business requirements and workflows
• Maintain project trackers, decision logs, and change logs
• Coordinate testing and implementation activities
• Track vendor requests, commitments, and open issues
• Create SOPs, process documentation, and training materials
• Support process improvements and systems initiatives across departments

What We're Looking For
• 1-3 years of project coordination, operations, or administrative experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams

Preferred Qualifications
• CAPM certification or project management coursework
• Experience with Smartsheet, Asana, Planner, or similar tools
• Exposure to systems implementations, staffing, or professional services
