A leading global investment firm is expanding its compliance team in New York, supporting a sophisticated and diverse investment business as they continue to scale.

This is a highly visible compliance position with significant exposure to the front office. You’ll sit close to investment activity, helping senior stakeholders navigate complex rules while ensuring regulatory considerations are incorporated into day-to-day decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a trusted compliance partner to investment professionals across a variety of trading and portfolio matters

• Analyze investment activity, identify potential compliance concerns and develop practical solutions

• Provide guidance as the business enters new areas, launches initiatives and encounters unfamiliar regulatory questions

• Help evolve the wider compliance framework through better processes, technology and data-driven oversight

You’re a Good Fit If You Have:

• Experience within an investment manager, hedge fund, financial institution or relevant advisory environment

• Familiarity with liquid markets and sophisticated investment products across various asset classes

• Strong judgment and the confidence to advise and challenge senior investment professionals
