Job Overview

Bright Innovators Academy is seeking teachers. Part of it, teacher should be experienced, for part-time role for students in Grades 3–7. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging, small-group instruction aligned with Texas standards, teachers working part of school districts are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach Math/Language Arts to Grades 3–7 students in a small-group setting
• Spanish, Arts and Music teacher should be able to establish curriculum and conduct the classes.
• Plan engaging lessons aligned with Texas standards and student needs
• Language Arts teacher should be able to teach reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, writing, editing, and literary analysis
• Differentiate instruction to support students at varying academic levels
• Prepare students for classroom assessments and STAAR-related skills
• Maintain a positive, structured learning environment
• Communicate student progress and needs with families and academy staff

Requirements

• Experience teaching or tutoring at the elementary and/or middle school level
• Strong knowledge of the area you are applying
• Ability to make lessons engaging while strengthening foundational skills
• Experience working with diverse learners and adapting instruction as needed
• Strong classroom-management, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable, patient, professional, and comfortable working with students and parents
• Bachelor’s degree in education, English, or a related field preferred

Compensation will be discussed with qualified candidates based on experience, qualifications, and role fit.
