Certified Personal Trainer (Online)

Role summary

fiytt is a fitness and coaching platform on iOS, Android and web. As an online personal trainer, you will coach clients 1-1 entirely within the fiytt app: building training plans, tracking progress, sending updates and staying in touch through in-app messaging.

Success in this role means clients who train consistently, see measurable progress and stay with you long term. You will be one of the coaches who shape how 1-1 coaching works on fiytt, and your feedback will directly influence the product's development.

Responsibilities

• Assess each client's goals, fitness level and training history, and turn them into personalised programmes
\n
• Create, adjust and manage workout plans in the fiytt app
\n
• Monitor client progress and update plans based on results and feedback
\n
• Send regular check-ins, updates and motivational support through in-app messaging
\n
• Teach correct exercise technique and training principles clearly in a remote setting
\n
• Respond to client questions promptly and professionally
\n
• Build and grow your own client base on the platform
\n
• Share product feedback with the fiytt team to help improve the coaching experience
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Recognised personal training or fitness coaching certification (e.g. NASM, ACE, ISSA, or an equivalent national qualification)
\n
• Proven experience coaching clients, ideally online or remotely
\n
• Solid knowledge of strength training, programming and progression
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Ability to motivate clients and build lasting trust without meeting in person
\n
• Self-directed, organised and reliable when managing multiple clients
\n
• Comfortable using apps and digital tools for coaching
\n
• Nutrition or specialist certifications (e.g. weight management, injury rehab) are a plus
\n
