This is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity running from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, supporting residential and commercial waste transport across the greater Columbus area. The company is looking to fill 5 positions immediately and welcomes entry level drivers who are ready to build a stable, long-term driving career. This is a great fit for a driver who takes pride in safe vehicle operation, dependable attendance, and professional service in residential and commercial settings.Core ResponsibilitiesSafely operate commercial vehicles in residential and commercial areas, including high-traffic and tight driving conditionsTransport and handle residential and commercial waste in accordance with company and safety standardsTravel between the office and job locations as required to support daily operationsMaintain compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety proceduresWork flexible schedules, including overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as neededRepresent the company professionally while on route, including safe and courteous interactions in residential and commercial areasRequired QualificationsValid Class B CDL requiredValid DOT medical card, or ability to obtain one prior to hireMust be at least 19 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United StatesClean driving record with no more than 3 moving violations within the last 2 years and no disqualifying DUI or OVI offensesHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredEntry level candidates are welcome to apply, no prior CDL driving experience requiredBenefits & PayPay up to $25.00 per hour1st Shift schedule, 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM5 openings available for immediate hireConsistent local routes with well-maintained, modern equipmentA dependable schedule with limited overnight travelRelocation assistance is not available for this roleVisa sponsorship is not available for this role
