Compensation: Base pay is $20.00 per hour + tips Responsibilities - Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
- Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
- Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
- Work all café positions - our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable - including working in our kitchens to make food to order
- Keep our spaces clean, safe - always ready for guests and teammates
- Produces proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications
- Stock all necessary ingredients in accordance with each station's needs
- Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas
Qualifications - 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
- Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays and at least 22 hours worked each week
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
